Zookout seeks a Campus Growth Lead to drive student engagement and campaign activations on your campus. You will run monthly campus activations, create authentic content, and build partnerships with student clubs, balancing outreach with class schedules.

Role is a paid student opportunity with a fixed stipend, flexible hours, and on-campus visibility. No prior marketing experience is required, and strong communication is a plus as you engage peers and venues.

No prior experience needed. Freshers are welcome.
Strong communication skills and comfort talking to new people.
Active on social media, with a feel for what your campus engages with.
A wide campus network, or the drive to build one.
Self-driven, proactive and comfortable owning targets.
Interest in marketing, sales, community or startups.
Able to give around 3–4 hours a day alongside your studies. (Requires Confirmation)

About The Role

Join the Zookout Insider Crew and help students discover dining, wellness, beauty and lifestyle experiences. We’re looking for proactive, creative students who understand their campus community and want hands-on experience in marketing and growth.

What You’ll Do

Be Zookout’s point person at your college, understand students’ interests and share relevant, live offers.
Create one original campus activation each month, such as a ₹500 date challenge, price-guessing game or student-budget outing, with college or venue permission where needed.
Build a relationship with at least one student club, cultural committee or approved student community.
Create two authentic pieces of content each month, such as Reels, short videos or photo stories featuring genuine deals or experiences.
Help turn discovery into purchases through your personal Zookout QR link or code.
Share a short weekly update covering what you tried, what students clicked, what converted and what you want to test next.

What You’ll Get

₹5,000 fixed monthly stipend for agreed participation, plus eligible performance incentives.
Flexible commitment of approximately 3–5 hours per week, planned around classes and exams.
Ownership of your campus campaigns and practical results to showcase in your portfolio.
Onboarding, campaign templates and support from Zookout’s marketing team.
A completion certificate after meeting the agreed program requirements. Strong performers may be considered for future paid roles.

Who should apply?

Any Mumbai college student aged 18+ who is proactive, reliable, creative and comfortable meeting people. Club participation, content skills or a strong peer network help—but you do not need a big follower count or previous marketing experience.
