Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Receive technical training on partner technology platforms such as OneStream, Docusign/CLM, and Data.
• Attend daily client meetings to understand business needs and project progress.
• Participate in professional training on project delivery, client communication, and collaboration.
• Network with Spaulding Ridge leadership to gain insights and mentorship.
• Execute core consulting skills through hands‑on project involvement.

Upon completion of the internship, you should be able to:

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs, goals, and objectives.
• Build mock Proof of Concepts within cloud‑based technology solutions for potential clients.
• Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who have:

• Ability to work in teams and flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong data management and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships internally and externally.
• Intellectual curiosity and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership or initiative demonstrated through school, work, or community involvement.
• Current junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA, expecting to graduate by May/June 2027.
• Minimum 70% in Class X and XII, with a CGPA of 7.5 or above and no active backlogs.
• Exposure to one or more technologies such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, Java, C++, HTML/CSS, or .NET Development (VB.NET or C#).
• Good knowledge of SQL including queries, joins, functions, and stored procedures.
• Solid foundation in Object‑Oriented Programming concepts including inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management concepts.
• Proven initiative through academic projects, internships, hackathons, leadership roles, research work, or extracurricular activities.
