Chtrbox is seeking a Country Wide Community Manager to lead the expansion of Youth:Ink CCA networks across India. This leadership role requires deep understanding of Gen Z/Alphas, youth communities, campus culture, and offline engagement ecosystems.

You will mentor teams, build scalable programs, and drive nationwide growth with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in youth/campus marketing, strong public speaking, and proven experience in large-scale community initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in youth marketing, campus marketing, creator ecosystems, or community building.
  • Prior experience as Campus Ambassador or leading campus-led initiatives.
  • Experience managing and mentoring at least 3+ full-time team members.
  • Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in client servicing and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to organize community events, campus activities, or youth engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth, structure, and expansion of the Youth:Ink CCA network across India.
  • Develop scalable onboarding, retention, engagement, and progression frameworks.
  • Rebuild and strengthen the CCA charter with gamified structures and progression systems.
  • Plan and execute offline campus activities, workshops, and youth-led initiatives.
  • Build and mentor cluster managers, creating operational systems for scale.
  • Manage client servicing and program execution for key accounts at Chtrbox.
  • Track KPIs, quarterly growth plans, and provide strategic updates to leadership.

The Country Wide Community Manager will lead the growth, structure, and expansion of the Youth:Ink Campus Community Ambassador (CCA) network across India.This is a leadership-heavy role for someone who deeply understands Gen Z and Gen Alpha behaviour, youth communities, campus culture, internet culture, and offline engagement ecosystems.The ideal candidate should be able to build communities at scale, mentor teams, execute large-format campus programs, and create systems that make the Youth:Ink CCA ecosystem aspirational, engaging, and culture-first.This role will directly lead cluster managers across regions and work closely with senior leadership to drive nationwide growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Expansion & Growth
  • Expand the Youth:Ink CCA network across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India
  • Build strong penetration across top colleges and youth communities
  • Create scalable frameworks for onboarding, retention, engagement, and progression within the community
  • CCA Charter & Community Building
  • Rebuild and strengthen the Youth:Ink CCA charter with layered, gamified structures and progression systems
  • Develop innovative community engagement formats that increase participation and loyalty
  • Ensure the community remains culturally relevant, aspirational, and youth-first
  • Offline Engagement & Activations
  • Ideate, plan, and execute offline community activities, campus engagements, workshops, networking events, and youth-led initiatives
  • Build high-energy, meaningful experiences that strengthen community participation and brand affinity
  • Identify large-scale youth-focused opportunities, festivals, cultural moments, and partnerships for Youth:Ink and Chtrbox to participate in
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of cluster managers across regions
  • Create operational systems, reporting structures, and execution frameworks for scale
  • Train and mentor cluster managers to improve ownership, leadership, and execution quality
  • Client Servicing & Program Execution
  • Execute CCA and youth community programs for key accounts at Chtrbox
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including strategy, servicing, operations, and creator teams
  • Ensure smooth execution, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across programs
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting
  • Work closely with senior leadership to map quarterly growth plans, KPIs, KRAs, and expansion targets
  • Track community health metrics, engagement, retention, and growth performance
  • Present expansion plans, execution updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in youth marketing, campus marketing, creator ecosystems, or community building
  • Prior experience working as a Campus Ambassador or leading campus-led initiatives
