Job summary

Virohan Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Campus Operations Lead to oversee academic operations for all batches across the campus. You will own the academic calendar, exams, and cultural activities, coordinating with the Corporate team, Campus Head, facilitators and students.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused, process-oriented mindset. Training and mentoring responsibilities will be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Executing all kinds of academic operations smoothly for all batches across the campus.
• Overall ownership of student events like academic calendar, exams, cultural activities, etc.
• Coordinate with Corporate team, Campus Head, facilitators and students.
• Undergo trainings and disseminate them downstream to other facilitators.
• Monitor activities and performance of trainers and facilitators.
• Grievance redressal of students at the campus.
