The role focuses on increasing DIY service usage, executing customer communication campaigns, and improving CSAT and digital engagement metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for delivering impactful journeys.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Campaign Management, Customer Experience, Digital Adoption, CRM or Digital Marketing.
• Preferably from Insurance, BFSI, or customer-centric industries.
• Good understanding of insurance products and customer journeys.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute campaigns to promote digital channels and self-service capabilities.
• Drive customer adoption of App, Website, WhatsApp Bot, and other digital assets.
• Create proactive customer communication journeys across digital touchpoints.
• Improve CSAT, NPS and digital engagement metrics.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance and digital adoption trends.
• Collaborate with Data, Operations, Technology and Marketing teams to enhance journeys.
• Prepare management dashboards, insights and presentations for leadership reviews.
