Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a campaign specialist to develop and manage marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic. You will design, customize and run complex rules, ensuring timely delivery and QA across communications.

You will collaborate with Campaign Managers and Product teams to resolve queries, monitor performance metrics, and implement optimizations. Strong SQL and Java scripting skills are required, along with excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with Adobe Campaign Classic
• Strong SQL and scripting skills (JavaScript) for Adobe Campaigns
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate business requirements into campaigns

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and execute complex campaigns on Adobe Campaign Classic
• Coordinate with Campaign Managers/Product on queries raised by them

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• A Person would be responsible for developing campaigns on Adobe Campaign classic/In- House campaign tool on a timely basis with precision.
• Should be able to coordinate with Campaign Managers/Product on queries raised by them.
• Should play a role of Team player with good communication skills & should be able to work under pressure.
• Design, develop and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign Classic tool.
• Manage extensive campaign quality assurance processes prior to campaign execution.
• Support communications in production; monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications and ensure communications are being executed correctly.
• Manage communication status reporting; define standard delivery reports, and create new adhoc campaign using available tools (e.g. Java Scripting for Adobe Campaign Classic).
• Analyse key campaign performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize campaign design

Job Requirements:

• Graduate /Post Graduate/MBA/BE with Adobe Campaign Classic Experience with minimum 1 years, Banking Experience would be an advantage.
• Well versed with Adobe Campaign Classic, SQL queries, Java Scripting for Adobe Campaigns, macros, excels functions, etc. is a must.
