Job summary

Ravki in Vadodara, Gujarat is hiring a CAM Programmer for 5-axis machining. The role requires 2–4 years of CAM programming experience and hands-on work with Mastercam, PowerMill, NX CAM, or HyperMILL. You will read CAD models and GD&T, select tooling, and optimize machining parameters.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years CAM programming experience, preferably in 5-axis machining.

• Knowledge of simultaneous and 3+2 axis machining.

WE’RE HIRING | CAM PROGRAMMER – 5 AXIS

Location: POR, Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 2–4 Years C

Salary: ₹10 LPA (₹10,00,000 Per Annum) Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday |

5 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify programs using Mastercam, PowerMill, NX CAM, HyperMILL or similar CAM software.
• Read and interpret CAD models, engineering drawings & GD&T.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, feeds, speeds & machining strategies.
• Perform CAM simulation, collision checking & program verification. - Support machine setup, testing and first-piece prove-out.
• Troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle time, productivity & machining quality.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Tool Room & Quality teams.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in CAM Programming, preferably with 5-axis machining.
• Hands-on experience in 5-Axis CAM Programming.
• Knowledge of Simultaneous & 3+2 Axis Machining.
• Proficiency in Mastercam / PowerMill / NX CAM / HyperMILL or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, feeds & cutting parameters.
• Ability to read CAD models, engineering drawings & GD&T.
• Knowledge of CNC controllers and machining processes. I

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
