Job summary

Sreeramagiri Management Services seeks a Mechanical Engineering professional to handle CNC programming for lathes and mills, using manual and CAM approaches. The role requires strong G-code/M-code skills, GD&T reading, and experience with simulation software.

You will optimize cycles, prepare tool lists, and coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure efficient, accurate machining. Tamil language skills are preferred for on-site operations.

Qualifications

Dip/BE Mechanical Engineering degree required.
CNC programming experience (manual & CAM) with strong G/M-codes.
Experience with simulation software/tools used for CNC processes.
Ability to read drawings and GD&T.
Experience in special-tool machining and cycle time optimization.

Responsibilities

Prepare and validate CNC programs (manual & CAM) for lathes and mills.
Simulate and optimize CNC programs to reduce cycle time.
Prepare NC/MI tool lists and coordinate production and quality.
Assist in machining setup and resolve technical issues to meet production targets.
