Job summary

Marutee Design And Engineering Private Limited is seeking an experienced NC Programmer to develop, verify, and optimize CNC programs for precision aerospace components. Proficiency in Mastercam and VERICUT is essential to generate toolpaths, simulate, and validate programs before shop floor execution.

The role requires 5–10 years of NC programming experience, strong knowledge of G-code/M-code, GD&T, and post-processors, and the ability to interpret complex drawings for aerospace materials.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on NC programming experience, preferably in aerospace
• Strong expertise in Mastercam (multi-axis toolpaths)
• Strong working knowledge of VERICUT simulation and verification
• Good understanding of CNC machines, G-code and M-code, and post-processors
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T
• Experience machining complex parts and hard-to-cut materials

Responsibilities

• Create CNC programs in Mastercam for 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling and mill-turn machines
• Simulate and verify NC programs in VERICUT to check for collisions, gouges and over-travel
• Build and maintain VERICUT machine models, tool libraries and fixture setups
• Read and interpret 2D drawings, 3D models and GD&T requirements
• Select cutting tools, fixtures, speeds and feeds suited to aerospace materials
• Optimize toolpaths to reduce cycle time and improve surface finish and tool life
• Prepare setup sheets, tool lists and operator instructions
• Support first-article inspection (FAI) and resolve machining issues with the shop floor and quality team
• Follow aerospace quality standards (AS9100) and maintain program revision control

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced NC Programmer to create, verify and optimize CNC programs for precision aerospace components. You will use Mastercam to generate toolpaths and VERICUT to simulate and validate programs before they go to the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Create CNC programs in Mastercam for 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling and mill-turn machines
• Simulate and verify NC programs in VERICUT to check for collisions, gouges and over-travel
• Build and maintain VERICUT machine models, tool libraries and fixture setups
• Read and interpret 2D drawings, 3D models and GD&T requirements
• Select cutting tools, fixtures, speeds and feeds suited to aerospace materials such as aluminium, titanium, Inconel and stainless steel
• Optimize toolpaths to reduce cycle time and improve surface finish and tool life
• Prepare setup sheets, tool lists and operator instructions
• Support first-article inspection (FAI) and resolve machining issues with the shop floor and quality team
• Follow aerospace quality standards (AS9100) and maintain program revision control
