Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the complete accounts function in SAP, ensuring timely monthly P&L closings and quarterly closings. You will lead a team of 4-5 accounts personnel including AR/AP/FA, and coordinate with Admin/HR/IT across cross-functional ERP processes.

CA certification is mandatory, with at least 10+ years in accounting from medium-sized IT organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Team handling experience is a must.
• Experience in IT organisations with invoicing, AP/AR.
• From medium-sized companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounts function in SAP.

We have a position in Finance Manager

We are looking for someone to oversee the whole Accounts function in SAP such that we start doing timely monthly P&L closings, quarterly full closings etc happen.

The person needs to:

• Have good understanding of accounts and related processes
• Understanding of how to work in cross functional roles required for ERP (as opposed to tally)
• In order of preference – SAP B1, SAP enterprise, Any other ERP
• Should be meticulous and detailed.
• Maturity to manage the team of 4-5 accounts people who manage AR/AP/FA etc.
• Maturity to deal with other departments like Admin/HR/IT etc
• Should be independently responsible for monthly closures

Years of Experience:

• 10 plus years of experience
• Team handling experience is a must.
• Accounting experience is a must.
• We are seeking candidates from medium-sized companies.

We are seeking candidates from IT organisations who understand invoicing, account payable, and account receivable.

Qualification: CA is must

Candidate will report into Director of Finance.
