The Corporate Institute in Mumbai seeks an Accounts Manager to act as financial controller for multiple entities across Asia. You will manage close processes, audits, and MIS while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

With SAP experience, you will implement internal controls, handle cash flow forecasting, and collaborate with project finance to plan debt and service obligations. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CA with 5-6 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close for 8 entities and audits within 30 days.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement internal controls in line with laws and regulations.
• Develop monthly MIS reports and cash flow forecasting.
• Collaborate with project finance for debt planning and timely payments.
• Act as single point of contact for accounting/finance data for the group.

Accounts Manager

Job profile :

The role Holder will act as the financial controller for 8 entities located in in Asia region and any new geographies or entities that may come up in future.

• Possess a strong understanding of the EPC business and PCM method of accounting.
• Utilize SAP for day-to-day accounting tasks and resolve routine issues.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books and complete audits within 30 days.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors to address key audit issues.
• Implement internal controls in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct timely internal and SOX audits along with due diligence.
• Develop and implement monthly business MIS reports.
• Implement business cash flow management and forecasting.
• Deploy funds as per the Board-approved plan.
• Advise and resolve queries from the leadership team of the international business.
• Prepare and provide various data points for decision-making.
• Implement corporate tax regulations in Middle East.
• Handle any other activities related to accounts, taxation, and finance as required
• Collaborate closely with the project finance team to plan debt and ensure timely installment and interest payments.
• Serve as the SPOC for any accounting or finance data required within the company or group.

Skills/Exp:
