Job summary

Rekrut India is seeking an Engine Calibration Engineer for 2-wheeler IC engine calibration, testing and validation, based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. The role requires 2+ years in calibration and hands-on testing, with focus on fuel control, emissions, and data analysis.

You will work with cross-functional teams including R&D, software, design and homologation to ensure compliance with Bharat Stage/Euro norms and deliver robust engine performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Engine Calibration / Powertrain R&D.
• Strong knowledge of EMS and engine control strategies.
• Hands-on experience with ETAS INCA / CANape / ATI Vision.
• Experience with dyno testing and data acquisition tools.

Responsibilities

• ECU calibration for fuel injection, ignition, throttle control, power, torque, and fuel efficiency.
• Engine dyno and in-vehicle testing, data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Emission & OBD calibration as per Bharat Stage/Euro norms.
• Collaborate with R&D, software, design and homologation teams.

Salary: Up to 50K NTH + PF + Medical
Position: Off-roll (Payroll of UpGrad)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
