SEGULA Technologies in Chennai, India, is seeking an NVH engineer with strong CAE background to work on noise and vibration challenges in vehicle programs.

You will perform tests and simulations, develop FE NVH models, and collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver robust NVH solutions. A relevant Mechanical/Automobile engineering degree is required, with experience in ANSA and NASTRAN/ABAQUS.

• Experience in automotive CAE focusing on NVH.
• Hands-on in full vehicle NVH integration.
• Strong knowledge of Modal Analysis, FRF, NTF, VTF.
• Able to perform NVH result analysis and issue identification.
• Experience creating and validating FE NVH models.
• Proficient in pre-processing with ANSA.
• Working knowledge of NASTRAN and ABAQUS.
• Familiar with model quality checks, connections, materials, boundaries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Automobile Eng.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out NVH-related CAE analyses for vehicles.
• Support full vehicle NVH integration and subsystem NVH activities.
• Apply modal analysis, FRF, NTF, and VTF methods.
• Interpret results and identify issues.
• Create and validate FE NVH models.
• Pre-process data using ANSA.
• Leverage NASTRAN/ABAQUS for simulations.
• Ensure model quality checks and proper material/boundary assignments.
