Job summary

Expleo is seeking a CAE Modeller for Crash/NVH integration. You will work on LS-DYNA driven crash models, requiring proficiency with ANSA, Meta Post, and Animator.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years in OEM or Tier-1 automotive and show strong mesh, connection, and contact creation skills. Based in Chennai, India, you will collaborate with the engineering team to deliver robust simulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is required.
• 3–8 years of experience in OEM and Tier 1 automotive environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with crash simulation using LS-DYNA.

Responsibilities

• Build crash models for integration and testing.
• Mesh all kinds of parts to prepare accurate simulations.
• Create connections and contacts using LS-DYNA and related tools (ANSA, Meta Post, Animator).
