Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Crash Analyst - CAE with hands-on experience in crash simulation and vehicle safety analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ANSA, LS-DYNA/PAM-CRASH, and META Post for developing finite element models, executing crash simulations, and analyzing results to support vehicle crashworthiness and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify finite element (FE) models using ANSA.
• Perform crash simulations using LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH.
• Analyze simulation results using META Post.
• Evaluate vehicle crashworthiness, occupant safety, and structural integrity.
• Conduct frontal, side, rear, roof crush, and offset crash analyses.
• Identify design issues and recommend improvements for crash performance.
• Correlate CAE simulation results with physical crash test data.
• Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings to design teams.
• Work closely with BIW, Body Engineering, and Vehicle Safety teams.
• Ensure adherence to OEM and regulatory safety standards.
