Eligibility includes Indian citizenship/OCI, age 18–30, good health, and 10+2 with 60% in English, Maths and Physics. A DGCA Class 1 medical test is required before training begins. Selection spans screening, online assessment, and personal interview.

The candidate applications will be evaluated based on the defined eligibility criteria
Candidates clearing this test will proceed to the next stage of the selection process
The shortlisted applicants will undergo an online assessment to assess their cognitive & behavioural skills
The shortlisted applicants from Phase 2 will be called for personal interview
