Job summary

Air India Group has invited applications from experienced A320 type-rated Captains (PIC) for appointment to Air India Express.

Experienced P1s under the age of 62 with valid A320 PIC endorsement and having minimum 100 PIC hours on A320 family aircraft may apply. Applications can be submitted online through the Air India careers portal.

Qualifications

• Must hold Indian ATPL with IR and Pilot’s Proficiency Check, FRTOL, COP/RTR.
• A320 PIC endorsement and minimum 100 PIC hours on A320 family required.
• Indian Nationals or Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) are eligible.

• Apply for the A320 PIC role with Air India Express as a captain.
• Maintain qualification and medical standards as required by DGCA and Air India.

Requirements

• Indian Nationals or Overseas citizens of India
• Valid ATPL with current/valid IR & Pilot’s Proficiency Check, FRTOL, COP/RTR
• Valid Medical fitness assessment certificate (Class I)
• ICAO Aviation English Language Proficiency Four or above endorsed on Indian ATPL
• Certificate of incident/ accident-free record, breath analyzer and details of enforcement action, if any, taken against the license holder by DGCA
• Preference shall be given to candidates who are available to join immediately
• Mandatory eGCA‑id with all licenses and documents validated
