Arrow Associates Infrastructure Private Limited in Gurugram is seeking a CAD Engineer with 5+ years of overall CAD/drafting experience, including 2 years on international linear infrastructure projects. The candidate will lead end-to-end CAD production and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for highways and road projects.

The role requires advanced CAD tools expertise (AutoCAD, MicroStation) and a strong QC mindset to ensure compliant designs that meet international standards and client

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years CAD/drafting experience in infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on international linear infrastructure projects.
• Experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related platforms.
• Strong understanding of corridor modelling, alignment geometry and cross-sections.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage CAD drafting for road, highway, and depot projects.
• Develop and maintain CAD standards, layers, templates and workflows.
• Support full lifecycle of CAD deliverables from concept to IFC drawings.
• Organize and manage CAD files, references, and data environments.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure drawings meet standards.

Job description

Experience Required: 5+ years total, including minimum 2years on international projects

Location: Gurugram

The CAD Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end CADproduction and coordination for large-scale linear infrastructure projects suchas highways, expressways, other road projects. The role involves developing andmaintaining CAD standards, managing complex design data, coordinatingmultidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality drawings and models thatcomply with international engineering standards and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertisein CAD tools for infrastructure design, experience working on internationalprojects, and the ability to support and guide CAD teams in deliveringaccurate, timely, and compliant design outputs.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage CAD drafting and detailingactivities for road, highway, depot projects deliverables.
• Develop and maintain CAD standards, layers,templates, blocks, and workflows for linear infrastructure projects.
• Support the full lifecycle of CAD deliverables,including concept, preliminary, detailed, and IFC drawings.
• Ensure proper organization and management of CADfiles, references, and data environments.
• Perform regular quality checks and audits to ensuredrawings meet project, client, and international standards.

3. Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalentqualification.
• 5+ years of CAD/drafting experience ininfrastructure engineering projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on internationallinear infrastructure projects (roads, highways, Depot etc.).
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary andmulticultural project environment.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and relatedplatforms.
• Strong understanding of Horizontal and verticalalignment geometry, Corridor modelling and cross-sections, Profiles, plan& profile drawings and Utility &drainage interfaces.
• Capability to work with multicultural andgeographically distributed teams.
• Strong documentation and quality-control mindset

C. Software & Technical Expertise

• AutoCAD - Advanced level
