Job summary

Shine Jewel Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur seeks a skilled Cad Designer to translate concepts into production-ready 2D/3D jewelry models, using Rhino, Matrix or JewelCAD. This on-site role collaborates with design, production and quality teams to develop new collections and optimize current designs.

You will prepare files for casting, maintain design docs, and ensure adherence to brand standards and ethical manufacturing practices, while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD jewelry software (Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD or similar).
• Technical drawing, modeling, tolerances and production-ready file preparation.
• Knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewelry construction and gemstone setting.
• Creative design abilities and awareness of fashion/jewelry trends.
• Collaboration and communication with designers, production staff and sales/merchandising teams.
• Diploma/degree in jewelry design or related field preferred.
• Experience as a jewelry CAD designer or in a jewelry manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with quality and ethics.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cad Designer role based in Jaipur. The Cad Designer will create detailed 2D and 3D jewelry designs using CAD software, translating design concepts into accurate technical models for manufacturing. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing new collections, modifying existing designs, preparing files for casting and production, and ensuring designs meet brand quality and feasibility standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with design, production, and quality teams to align designs with market trends, client requirements, and material specifications. The Cad Designer will maintain organized design documentation, meet project timelines, and support continuous improvement in design processes and workflows.

• Candidates should possess strong CAD design skills for jewelry, including proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD or similar).
