Ideal candidate has strong aesthetics, attention to detail, experience in fine jewellery (gold, diamonds, Polki, Jadau), and proficiency in Rhino, MatrixGold, or JewelCAD.

Based in Agra, this full-time role offers creative collaboration with artisans and growth within a renowned jewellery house.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in Jewellery Design or CAD Design.
• Hands-on CAD experience in fine jewellery is preferred.
• Experience with 3D modeling and renderings.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models of jewellery designs using CAD software (Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, etc.).
• Develop detailed technical drawings and renderings for production, casting, and client approval.
• Interpret 2D sketches, references, and concept ideas into workable CAD designs.
• Ensure feasibility of designs from both aesthetic and manufacturing perspectives.
• Work closely with design team, artisans, and production units to ensure final output matches quality and finish standards.
• Edit, refine, and modify existing CAD designs based on feedback.
• Maintain library of CAD files and ensure organized design documentation.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Jewellery CAD Designer who can translate design concepts into accurate 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and production-ready files. The ideal candidate must have strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and experience in crafting premium fine jewellery designs.

Preferred Background:

• Candidate from Jewellery Industry only preferred.
• Experienced in Fine jewellery design (Gold, Diamond, Polki, Jadau)etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 3D models of jewellery designs using CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, ZBrush, etc.).
• Develop detailed technical drawings and renderings for production, casting, and client approval.
• Interpret 2D sketches, references, and concept ideas into workable CAD designs.
• Ensure feasibility of designs from both aesthetic and manufacturing perspectives.
• Work closely with design team, artisans, and production units to ensure final output matches quality and finish standards.
• Edit, refine, and modify existing CAD designs based on feedback.
• Maintain library of CAD files and ensure organized design documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, or any other jewellery CAD software (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing techniques, including casting, assembly, and stone setting.
• Ability to visualize and execute 3D forms and gemstone placements accurately.
• Good sense of design aesthetics, detailing, and proportions.
• Ability to work within timelines and manage multiple design requests at once.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Education:

• Diploma / Certification in Jewellery Design, CAD Design, or related field (Preferred).
• Candidates with strong hands-on CAD experience may also apply.
