Job summary

Axium Global, a UK-based MEP and architectural design provider with a Mumbai delivery center, is seeking a CAD Designer - Architecture. You will prepare and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD on international projects across the UK, USA, Australia and the Middle East.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture, with 2–5 years of drafting experience and a strong command of working drawings and GFC documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting/documentation.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of working drawings, construction documentation and GFC drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural technical and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare GFC drawings, construction documentation, floor plans, sections and elevations.
• Develop drawings based on project specifications, mark-ups and design inputs.
• Ensure drawings meet required project standards, accuracy and documentation requirements.
• Review and coordinate drawings for completeness and consistency.
• Work on international projects across the UK, USA, Australia and Middle East.

Job Description

We are looking for a CAD Designer - Architecture with experience in preparing and updating architectural drawings using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation and detailing.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work on international architectural projects across the UK, USA, Australia and the Middle East, gaining exposure to global design, construction documentation and project workflows.
