Job summary

Displays And Beyond is seeking a Transfer Pricing Executive to support compliance, documentation, benchmarking studies, and advisory assignments. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of TP experience and a sound understanding of Indian TP regulations and OECD guidelines.

You will prepare Local and Master File, conduct benchmarking, perform FAR analysis, review inter-company agreements, and coordinate with clients to gather data while collaborating with senior team members on advisory and compliance

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 1+ year of transfer pricing exposure.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Knowledge of Indian TP provisions and OECD Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local File and Master File.
• Conduct benchmarking studies using Indian and international databases.
• Perform FAR (Functional, Asset and Risk) analysis.
• Assist in Form 3CEB and other TP compliances.
• Review inter-company agreements from a TP perspective.
• Research Indian and international TP regulations and OECD Guidelines.
• Support TP audits, assessments, and litigation matters.
• Analyze financial statements and comparables.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients to collect financial and operational data.
• Work with senior team on advisory and compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local File, Master File, and supporting reports.
• Conduct benchmarking studies using Indian and international databases.
• Perform functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analysis.
• Assist in preparing Form 3CEB and other transfer pricing compliances.
• Review inter-company agreements from a transfer pricing perspective.
• Research Indian and international transfer pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines.
• Support transfer pricing audits, assessments, and litigation matters.
