Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Hyderabad is offering a Chartered Accountancy Industrial Training opportunity within its high-visibility finance team. You will contribute to strategic financial governance, balance sheet integrity, and robust internal controls.

Ideal candidates are CA students with IPCC completion, preferably rank-holders, currently at a Big 4 firm in Risk Advisory/Internal Audit, and based in Hyderabad. Strong Excel and data-handling capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• CA student eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
• Cleared both groups of IPCC in the first attempt.
• Preferably a rank holder at IPCC level.
• Currently working in a Big 4 firm (or comparable) in Risk Advisory/Internal Audit domain.

Responsibilities

• Simplification of the Supply Finance process.
• Reconciliation with global tools data.
• Streamlining processes and reporting efficiently.
• Automation support of planning activities with strong finance knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel preferred.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Support Supply Finance head in listed activities.

This is an opportunity for a high-performing Chartered Accountancy student looking to undertake their Industrial Training in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The candidate will be part of a high-visibility finance team that works closely with business and control leaders, contributing to strategic financial governance, balance sheet integrity, and robust internal control systems.

What are we looking for?

• CA student eligible for Industrial Training (as per ICAI guidelines).

• Cleared both groups of IPCC in the first attempt.

• Preferably a rank holder at IPCC level.

• Currently working in a Big 4 firm (or a comparable firm) in Risk Advisory/Internal Audit domain.

• Based in Hyderabad.

Preferred Traits:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of ownership and a “can-do” attitude.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Self-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support Supply Finance head in the activities mentioned above activities.
