Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Controllership processes, SAP, automation, audits.
• Identify and lead automation and process improvement opportunities within the finance function.
• Support invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Assist in statutory and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Support the Finance Manager in preparing management and financial reports.
• Handle ad-hoc financial analyses and project requests.
• Perform day-to-day month-end closing tasks.
• Write process notes and identify improvements to drive efficiency.

What You Will Do *

• Support in Controllership processes, SAP, Automation, Audits (Internal & External).
• Identify and lead automation and process improvement opportunities within the finance function
• Support team members in invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Contribute to Statutory Audit and Internal Audit by providing necessary documentation and supporting audit requests
• Support the Finance Manager in preparing management and financial reports
• Handle various ad-hoc financial analysis and project requirements from internal stakeholders
• Perform day-to-day month-end closing tasks
• Assist the team in writing process notes, identifying potential improvements, and enhancing existing processes to drive efficiency

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Currently eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI (Chartered Accountancy)

• Demonstrated interest or experience in automation and process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in writing process notes and improving processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP
