Job summary

Desun Hospital in Siliguri seeks a qualified CA or CA Inter to manage finance, accounts and compliance for hospital operations. You will support budgeting, audit, taxation and financial controls, with a focus on accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has CA qualifications or CA Inter with two groups cleared, with B.Com or M.Com preferred. The role is based in our Siliguri campus and offers a stable full-time position within the hospital finance team.

Qualifications

• CA Qualified OR CA Inter with 2+ groups cleared.
• B.Com/M.Com preferred.
• Experience in healthcare finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger maintenance, MIS reporting, and month-end closing.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting for departments.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings and statutory compliance for hospital operations.
• Liaise with auditors and respond to audit queries.
• Process vendor payments and payroll with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with hospital admin and departments for smooth finance operations.
• Strengthen internal controls and SOPs to ensure policy compliance.

Role & responsibilities

• Accounts & Finance: Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger maintenance, MIS reporting, and month-end closing
• Budgeting & Analysis: Support annual budgeting, cost analysis, variance reporting for departments
• Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and ensure statutory compliance for hospital operations
• Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors, respond to audit queries
• Vendor & Payroll: Process vendor payments, payroll, and ensure proper documentation
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with hospital admin and departments for smooth finance operations
• System & Controls: Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and ensure compliance with hospital policies

Skills:

• GST, TDS, and direct/indirect tax compliance
• Advanced Excel, Tally Prime / Hospital ERP preferred
