Job summary

OpenText seeks a Lead Senior Software Engineer to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise software within an Agile environment. You will own complex technical challenges, analyze requirements, and ensure solutions meet performance and security standards.

You will work with teams across geographies, translate requirements into plans, and independently drive critical deliverables to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming knowledge in C++ and Java.
• Strong understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
• Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of Unix, databases, and RDBMS concepts.
• Experience with database migration and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile development and CI/CD practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments through to completion.

Your Impact
