Job summary

FIS in India is seeking experienced C++ developers to join a premier fintech team focused on core banking and payments platforms. You will design, code, test, and maintain high‑quality software, leveraging Unix and Oracle foundations across enterprise systems.

You will evaluate new technologies, guide junior engineers, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions, in a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in C++ development with Unix and Oracle
• Experience in at least one domain: IST Switch, Payments, POS, Clearing, Data Navigator or EFT Switch
• Proficiency in Database
• Proficiency in Unix

Responsibilities

• Develop application code for C++
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code and ensure designs follow specifications
• Design, implement and maintain Java application phases
• Design, coding, debugging and maintenance of mainframe application systems
