Job summary

Quest Global is seeking an avionics software engineer with 1–5 years of experience to work on DO-178B/C programs in Bengaluru. You will contribute to software development and verification across C, C++, ADA, and Python, using standard debug and verification tools.

The role emphasizes model-based verification, adherence to DO-178 guidelines, and strong communication in a collaborative team. On-site Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in avionics software development or verification.
• Hands-on experience with Model Based software verification or development.
• Strong knowledge of DO-178 design assurance guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Experience in DO-178B/C aerospace programs.
• Proficient in common test architecture, environment, strategies, tools and processes.
• Strong embedded programming skills in C, ADA, C++ for avionics system software verification or development.
• Experience using debuggers, simulators and coverage tools (e.g., VectorCAST/Cover/Coverage).
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.

Qualification:

• Bachelors/ Masters degree in Engineering (ECE/CS/EEE/IT)
• 1 - 5 years experience in avionics software development/systems/software verification with minimum hands-on experience in Model Based software verification or development software .
• Strong technical skills with emphasis in the areas of software development and verification processes, certification, and DO-178 design assurance guidelines.
• Strong understanding of software verification methods and tools currently in use as well as versed in industry standards and direction.
• The candidate shall have effective communication skills

Job Description:

- Experience in working on DO-178B/C aerospace programs

- Very good knowledge on C, ADA, C++ and Embedded programming Preferably Avionics System Based software verification or development activities
