Job summary

Tanisha Systems in Bengaluru is seeking an Avionics Software Verification & Validation Engineer to drive verification activities for flight-critical software.

The role requires strong C programming skills, hands-on experience with DO-178B/C and DO-254, and the ability to perform structural coverage including MC/DC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and robust validation.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of hands-on avionics software verification/validation experience.
• Strong C programming experience.
• Familiarity with DO-178B/C and DO-254 standards.
• Experience with structural coverage including MC/DC.
• Knowledge of testing methods such as BVA and ECP.
• Experience with integration and validation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate avionics software against DO-178B/C standards.
• Perform structural coverage analysis and MC/DC.
• Use tools like LDRA and RTRT for verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
• Prepare test cases and report defects and traceability.

Job Title: Avionics Software Verification & Validation Engineer

Job Location: Bangalore - India (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 4-12 Years (Mandatory)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner/10-15 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Strong C programming experience.
• Good working experience in to DO 178B/C standards
• Testing methods (BVA, ECP and so on)
• Strong HSIT experience, Integration & Validation.
• Structural coverage, MC/DC & CC and RTRT/LDRA/any other tool
• Familiarity with aerospace standards such as DO-178B/DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A, or ARP4761 is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
