Job summary

ALDI Magyarország is seeking an IT support specialist to assist external suppliers through phone and written channels, and to support internal buyers with procurement questions and IT issues.

You will process requests in the internal ticketing system, analyze complex IT cases, and collaborate with specialized IT teams. A willingness to work 7/24 shifts and German language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in supporting external suppliers, tenders, or background systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift schedule for 7/24 support.
• Minimum secondary education.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new IT solutions.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Team player with responsible work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support external Aldi suppliers by phone and written communication.
• Assist internal buyers with procurement questions and IT issues.
• Process requests and incidents in the internal ticketing system.
• Analyze and resolve complex IT cases with available authorizations.
• Maintain contact with specialized IT solution teams.
• Expand the knowledge base; participate in ongoing trainings.
• Collaborate closely with Aldi peers.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting external Suppliers of ALDI, answering questions related to supplier processes by phone and written
• Full support of our internal buyer colleagues with procurement-related questions and IT errors
• Processing of requests and incidents in our internal ticket management system
• Analysis and resolution of upcoming complex IT cases with the available authorizations
• Permanent contact with specialized IT solution teams
• Expansion of the existing knowledge base, continuous professional trainings
• Close cooperation with Aldi’s peers

• Confident intermediate English skills
• An advantage, but not a requirement: German language skills, experience in supporting external suppliers, tenders and background systems (SAP Ariba, P360, SAP)
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift work schedule for 7/24 support
