Job summary

Dalmia Bharat Group in Delhi seeks a procurement and contracts professional to identify and develop vendors for mining, raw material handling, recycling waste, manpower and consultancy services.

The role covers finalizing contracts, issuing RFQs, performing cost analyses, and drafting KPI-linked service agreements. Close coordination with Plant and Head Office ensures timely mobilization of resources and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP MM module, Ariba, and MS PPT/Excel is required.
• MIS & Reporting, maintaining data related to service orders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop vendors for services like Mining, Raw Material Handling, Recycling Waste operation, Equipment Hiring, Manpower, Consultancy.
• Finalization of contract for Mining, Raw Material Handling, Recycling Waste, Manpower, Consultancy, etc.
• Hiring of Equipment, HEMM etc.
• Draft and execute output-based, KPI-linked and performance-driven service contracts.
• Floating Enquiry to the Suppliers/Contractors.
• Preparing Comparative Statement/ Negotiation & Order finalisation
• Preparation of Note for Approval, PO/WO/Agreement.
• Drive cost reduction
• Coordination with all concerned dept (Plant & HO) for Requirement, PRs, Scope of Work, TE, Approvals etc.
• Follow up with Vendors for timely completion of Job/Mobilization of manpower & equipment.
