Raffles Udaipur is seeking a dedicated Butler Hotline Ambassador to join our customer service team in Udaipur, India. You will be the voice of the organization, delivering personalized, professional service while addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with warmth and efficiency.

The role involves handling calls with empathy, resolving issues, maintaining records, and following company protocols to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in hospitality, concierge, or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide prompt assistance to customers.
• Listen actively to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate to appropriate departments when necessary.

We are seeking a dedicated Butler Hotline Ambassador to join our customer service team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will be the voice of our organization, providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients through our hotline service. As a Butler Hotline Ambassador, you will deliver personalized, professional service while addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with warmth and efficiency. Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a hospitality, concierge, or similar customer-facing environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette
• Strong active listening and empathetic interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and find solutions
• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and customer management tools
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and local Udaipur languages is highly preferred
• Patience, composure, and emotional intelligence when handling difficult or frustrated customers
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Knowledge of hospitality services, luxury concierge offerings, or butler services is a plus
