Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an experienced valuation professional to lead end-to-end valuation engagements in India. You will manage a small team, work directly with clients, and ensure the delivery of high-quality valuation reports and consulting deliverables.

You will plan engagements, mentor analysts, and maintain rigorous quality controls while coordinating with senior leadership. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA from a premier business school.
• MS in Finance, CA, and/or CFA is a plus.
• CVA, ASA, and/or ABV certifications preferred.

What We Are Looking For:

Education:

• MBA from a premier business school
• MS in Finance, CA, and/or CFA is a plus
• CVA, ASA, and/or ABV certifications preferred

Experience:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in valuation and/or consulting
• Prior experience at a Big Four valuation practice or a leading valuation firm preferred
• Strong communication skills – comfortable working with team members, seniors, and clients
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills
