Essential Position Responsibilities

• Performs all phases of a valuation engagement including prep, workpapers, and report writing.


• Prepares management interview questions and participates in interviews.


• Performs math checks.


• Participates in webinars and technical learning opportunities.


• Adapts to processes and final improvement opportunities.


• Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.


• Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.


• Experience in accounting or business valuations preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles and business valuation methodologies.


• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.


• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.


• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.


• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.
