Baker Tilly US is seeking a Valuation professional to lead business valuation engagements and provide client-ready analyses. The role involves performing valuations, site visits, and collaborating with management to identify efficiencies.

Ideal candidates have a background in business/finance with 3+ years of related experience, professional designations preferred, and strong communication abilities for client service and team collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field required.
• MBA or Master’s in Valuations preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required.
• CPA, CFA or ASA designation preferred.
• Outstanding client service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects.

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required


• Previous experience with financial statement analysis required


• CPA, CFA or ASA designation preferred


• Outstanding client service skills


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical and creative problem-solving skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently


• Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects


• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)


• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
