Prepares reports and participates in client interviews.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• - Performs all phases of a valuation engagement including prep, workpapers, and report writing.
• - Prepares management interview questions and participates in interviews.
• - Performs math checks.
• - Participates in webinars and technical learning opportunities.
• - Adapts to processes and final improvement opportunities.
• - Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
• - Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines

Education and Work Experience

• - Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
• - Experience in accounting or business valuations preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• - Knowledge of accounting principles and business valuation methodologies.
• - Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• - Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
• - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
• - Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.
