Job summary

Sunwells Oxygen India in Tamil Nadu seeks a senior operations leader to own full P&L and drive the foundry's growth for domestic and export markets. You will lead melting, moulding, casting, machining and finishing while improving productivity and quality.

The role requires strategic, commercial mindset, strong people leadership, and a track record in lean, TPM, automation and ISO/IATF compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience running a medium to large foundry supplying industrial or automotive customers.
• Strong exposure to lean, TPM, automation and quality systems.
• Build and execute business strategy for domestic and export markets.
• Lead foundry operations: melting, moulding, casting, machining and finishing.
• Maintain quality systems (ISO, IATF) and adopt automation tools.
• Own full P&L: revenue, margins, cost control and working capital.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with strong people leadership.
