Job summary

Sigma Engineered Solutions in Jaipur seeks a Project Manager with a background in mechanical/production/industrial engineering to lead foundry/machining projects. You will plan, schedule, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve milestones.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor progress, and deliver regular MIS reports while maintaining strong client and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
• 4-6 years experience in project management within foundry/machining.
• Proficiency in MS Project and GD&T/Engineering drawing standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with detailed plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with design, production, quality, and procurement teams to meet milestones.
• Provide regular status updates, manage risks, and escalate issues timely.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
• Act as liaison with business development and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Technical Oversight

• Understand foundry processes (moulding, melting, casting) and machining operations (CNC, turning, milling).

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact forbusiness developmentteamand internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
