Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Business Transformation Expert to convert approved opportunities into actionable implementation plans and ensure realization of business outcomes. You will bridge solution design with operational delivery, translating objectives into functional specs and adoption strategies.

You will work with Functional Operations, Technical Operations, Program Management, and client stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered, adopted, and aligned with the original solution intent.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in business transformation, change management, and business analysis.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and mapping/documenting processes.

Job description

The Business Transformation Expert is responsible for converting approved transformation opportunities into executable implementation plans and ensuring successful realization of business outcomes.

This role serves as the bridge between solution design and operational delivery, translating business objectives into functional requirements, implementation blueprints, operational workflows, and adoption strategies.

Working closely with Functional Operations, Technical Operations, Program Management, and client stakeholders, the Business Transformation Expert ensures that transformation initiatives are delivered effectively, adopted successfully, and aligned with the original solution intent.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Translation & Design

• Translate approved solution intent into detailed business requirements.
• Develop future-state process designs and operating procedures.
• Create implementation blueprints and functional specifications.
• Define business rules, workflows, controls, and governance requirements.

Functional & Technical Alignment

• Work closely with Technical Operations to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops between functional and technical teams.
• Manage requirement traceability from design through implementation.
• Resolve ambiguities and ensure consistent interpretation across workstreams.

Transformation Execution Support

• Support implementation planning and deployment readiness activities.
• Coordinate business readiness efforts across stakeholders.
• Validate testing outcomes from a business process perspective.
• Ensure organizational impacts are identified and addressed.

Change Management & Adoption

• Develop business adoption strategies.
• Define training requirements and operational readiness plans.
• Support communication and stakeholder engagement efforts.
• Monitor adoption metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Validate implementation outcomes against original business objectives.
• Track KPIs and expected business benefits.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption and performance.
• Escalate risks that may impact value realization.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience in:

• Experience translating business requirements into implementation plans.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong process mapping and documentation capabilities.

Preferred

• Experience implementing healthcare, finance, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.
• Experience working alongside technical delivery teams.
