Job summary

Google is seeking a skilled Business Systems Integration professional in Hyderabad to translate user needs into scalable technical specifications across finance and ERP systems. The role emphasizes end-to-end lifecycle engagement from analysis to support.

You will help integrate Alphabet systems, work with APIs and ABAP, and collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and test processes that improve efficiency and reliability for Googlers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in application solution and building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define the product requirements and bring clarity into the requirements by conducting workshops to build solutions for business problems.
• Design solutions and collaborate with lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) on solution designs.
• Partner with internal business teams and application engineers to implement solutions.
• Create documentation for system solution designs, configurations, test strategy, test plans, and issue resolution.
• Advocate for product improvement, work with business teams, and lead BSAs to contribute to product roadmaps.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience configuring Data Medium Exchange Engine (DMEE) payment formats, bank reconciliation (EBS), and treasury banking integrations.


• Configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO (FI-AP, FI-BL, FI-TX).


• Technical proficiency in system integration (APIs, IDocs) and the ability to debug Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) code.
