Job summary

Wissen Infotech in India seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to join our analytics team. With 3+ years in healthcare/data analytics, you will elicit requirements, map processes, and drive Agile/Scrum user stories and workshops.

You will work with BI tools, data warehousing concepts, and healthcare data standards to translate needs into clear specifications for product teams.

Qualifications

Job description

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within healthcare, data, analytics, or software product environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product delivery environments.

Preferred:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with healthcare data models, FHIR, OMOP, or Common Data Model (CDM) initiatives.
• Experience supporting healthcare data platforms, analytics, reporting, or data warehousing solutions.
