Job summary

Billient is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive requirement elicitation, document and deliver precise specifications, and manage feature backlogs. You will oversee sprint completion and ensure quality through business user testing, collaborating across stakeholders in a dynamic, Agile environment.

Ideal candidates bring a technical or business degree (MBA preferred), strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and hands-on Agile experience to deliver complex, mid-to-large scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or an MBA.
• Experience as a business analyst with a track record of successful completion of complex and mid-to-large scale projects.
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Strong critical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to develop elegant user stories, use cases, and well-defined functional specifications for software solutions
• Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams, towards meeting project goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects through Agile-based SDLC
• Sound understanding of the fundamental technicalities of the software development
• Sound knowledge of standard features and best practices for web and mobile applications.
• A keen eye for UI/UX standards
• Practical understanding of and hands-on experience with design and testing for usability and user acceptance
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus – Especially in US healthcare
• Accustomed to using a variety of tools for documentation, collaboration and project management tasks
