Mastercam in India is seeking a Manager, Digital Systems to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft integrations, and WordPress. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Digital Systems team members across multiple disciplines, including business systems, customer-facing digital platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and career development plans.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and development discussions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce development efforts.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary local manager for India-based Digital Systems team members.
• Coordinate project delivery, sprint execution, resource allocation, capacity planning, and production support activities.
• Monitor delivery metrics, team workload, and project health to proactively identify risks and remove obstacles.
• Ensure enhancement requests, defects, incidents, and technical debt are appropriately prioritized and addressed.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and execution across the broader Digital Systems organization.
• Facilitate communication between India-based teams and global leadership.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Help establish consistent development, integration, and support practices across all Digital Systems teams.

The Manager, Digital Systems, India is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, staffing, and development of Digital Systems resources located in India. This role supports Digital Enablement, Digital Experience, and Digital Integrations teams, serving as the primary local people leader while partnering closely with global functional leaders to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. This position is specifically focused on leadership of digital teams supporting Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft integrations, and WordPress.

How You’ll Drive Success

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Digital Systems team members across multiple disciplines, including business systems, customer-facing digital platforms, and enterprise integrations.

• Ensure enhancement requests, defects, incidents, and technical debt are appropriately prioritized and addressed.

The Talents We’re Seeking

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce, MuleSoft, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications a plus.
• 7+ years of experience leading CRM, digital platforms, or enterprise applications teams, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce ecosystem delivery and support.
• 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies and software delivery processes.
• Proven experience owning the delivery, support, and roadmap execution of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, MuleSoft, WordPress, or comparable customer-facing business platforms.
• Demonstrated success managing both project delivery and production support responsibilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams across multiple technology domains and business functions.
