Job summary

Mastercam seeks a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and support Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations, connecting enterprise systems to drive digital transformation.

You'll work in Agile teams, design REST APIs, maintain OpenAPI specs with Swagger, and contribute to CI/CD and code reviews, focusing on scalable integration patterns and leveraging Apex/LWC within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• MuleSoft and/or Salesforce certification a plus.
• 6-9 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations and APIs using MuleSoft and Salesforce platforms.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, implementation, orchestration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience creating and maintaining OpenAPI specifications and interactive API documentation using Swagger and Scalar, ensuring clear, standardized, and developer-friendly integration contracts across enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and scalable integration patterns.
• Experience with modern software development practices, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Experience working within Agile development teams and delivering integration solutions in iterative release cycles.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and related ecosystem integrations.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As the integration work will go down over time, the role is expected to take broader BA-wide responsibilities e.g. under the common Sandvik compliance program (and also locally for the Hub and our other local business).
