Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Noida, Uttar Pradesh team. You will focus on Nexthink/1E Tachyon/SysTrack, drive automation, and improve user experience, stability, and performance across the environment.

You will gather requirements from stakeholders, create intake processes, and develop roadmaps and value realization documents to deliver measurable business value. Close collaboration with vendors and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience
• 2+ years in managing endpoint tools – Nexthink/1E Tachyon/SysTrack
• Nexthink/1E Tachyon/SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
• ITIL foundation certifications
• Project Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Identify potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool
• Implement and drive automation initiatives
• Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders
• Participate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the environment
• Analyze data to meet use-case needs
• Create Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives

Technical Experience

• Must have 6+ years of IT experience, 2+ years in managing endpoint tools – Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack
• Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
• ITIL foundation certifications
• Project Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
• Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
