Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with enterprise-scale environments.
• 3+ years managing endpoint tools like Zscaler Dex, Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, SysTrack.
• Certification: Zscaler Dex platform/admin, ITIL Foundation.
• Experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Proficient in MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance of DEX tool.
• Lead automation initiatives and create intake processes from stakeholders.
• Participate in problem-hunting to identify opportunities.
• Create roadmaps and value realization documents to help customers achieve objectives.
• Manage customer/stakeholder relationships and provide cross-functional support.
• Act as liaison between vendor and client.

Enterprise Architecture Advisor

To join our team in Noida and Bangalore.

Technical Experience

• Must have 10+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in managing endpoint tools such as Zscaler Dex/ Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack.


• Must have exposure to Zscaler Dex (ZDX) with platform and admin certifications.


• ITIL foundation certification.


• Project Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps.


• Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy.


• Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool.


• Experience in implementing and driving automation initiatives.


• Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders.


• Participate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the environment.


• Analytical skills to slice and dice the data per use case needs.


• Create Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives.


• Responsible for customer/stakeholder relationship management.


• Provide cross functional support.


• Act as a liaison between vendor and client.
