The Reality of This Role:

This is a high-agency position. You will not be fetching coffee or doing mindless data entry. You will be building outreach systems, researching markets, and directly supporting business growth. If you are looking for a passive, hand-holding, 9-to-5 job, do not apply. We need someone who takes ownership and figures things out.

What You Will Do:

• Research and map target clients using advanced LinkedIn and Google search techniques.
• Build, refine, and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to automate research, draft communications, and analyze campaign data.
• Track pipeline metrics and help the leadership team refine lead-generation strategies.

What We Require:

• Strong English: Strong written and spoken communication is non-negotiable.
• Platform Knowledge: Practical basic understanding of LinkedIn navigation, lead generation, and basic email marketing.
• AI Proficiency: You must know how to effectively prompt and use Claude/ChatGPT to speed up workflows.
• Proof of Initiative: We are not looking for absolute beginners who need constant supervision. Show us proof of work, academic projects, or prior internship experience that proves you can execute.

Location: On-site, Ahmedabad (This is strictly not a remote role)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (After 6 months of internship)
