Project Delivery

• 95% of the changes should be deliver on time and within agreed budget
• No severity 1 issue should be reported post go live
• 10% roll backs allowed during the year
• Application performance should be as per NFR defined for the project

Process Improvement

• Automate / improve efficiency of at least 2 business processes
• Cost savings of at least 5% in Financial year
• Process improvement to result in atleast 5% saving for atleast 1 project
