Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking a results-driven professional to oversee key result areas for critical projects in Maharashtra. You will drive on-time delivery within budget, monitor uptime, and champion quality across applications while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes Agile practices, cost optimization, and continuous improvement through automation and process refinement, with a focus on meeting defined NRAs and operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Deliver 95% of changes on time and within budget; no severity 1 issues post go live; limit rollbacks to 10%.
• Application uptime: Ensure 100% uptime and performance per defined NFRs.
• Process Improvement: Automate/improve two business processes and implement Agile–Scrum practices.
• Cost optimization: Achieve at least 5% cost savings in the financial year and at least 5% savings for one project through process improvements.

• Cost savings of at least 5% in Financial year
• Process improvement to result in atleast 5% saving for atleast 1 project
