Industry: ELV | Integrated Security | Building Management Solutions
Experience: 2-4 Years
Preferred Background: Hospitality / Hotels / Corporate Sales / B2B Business Development
Position: Assistant Manager / Manager - Business Development
Howell Protection Systems is looking for a confident, articulate and relationship-driven Business Development professional to strengthen our client engagement and expand our business across the ELV and integrated security solutions segment.
We particularly welcome candidates from the hospitality industry, where strong communication, presentation, client servicing and relationship-management skills are integral to the role. Prior ELV experience would be advantageous; however, candidates with the right business-development aptitude and willingness to learn technical solutions may also be considered.
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel sales, guest relations, corporate sales or business development. She should possess excellent spoken and written English, polished presentation skills, confidence in interacting with senior professionals, strong interpersonal abilities and a professional corporate presence.
Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, Networking, BMS or other ELV solutions would be an added advantage, but is not mandatory for a strong hospitality candidate who demonstrates the ability to learn.
Application note: Since restricting recruitment to women can raise employment-law and equal-opportunity considerations depending on the role and circumstances, a safer public-facing formulation would be: "Women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply."
